May 16, 2025 I had an appointment to replace the driver's side mirror on my new 2025 RDX. Alan Cornelison, my service advisor, was outstanding. He ordered the mirror, and it arrived in just two days. The replacement itself took less than 45 minutes. Remarkable service. People like Alan are the reason I continue to shop with and service my vehicle at Shottenkirk Acura.

Melissa Green was first out on the lot when I was just browsing. I promised her when I was truly interested that I would look her up— and I did. I wasn’t disappointed either. She was extremely thorough in all the details she went over when I purchased my Acura TLX. She encouraged me to do hands on so I would get the true feel of the car and learn it faster that way. In my 6+ years of having my car serviced there, they have always been honest, performed quality work, & have not tried to oversell or BS me. I dropped my car off because the a/c had stopped cooling. Alan called me later in the day, advised that the compressor was leaking coolant and a new compressor was needed. He gave me the price installed and said it needed to be ordered and would be ready the following day. Next day he called and said it was ready for pickup. Shuttle driver picked me up at home and drove me to dealer. They’d washed the car. It looked great I wasn’t delighted to have a sizable repair bill to pay, but I was happy with the service.
