Took my 25 Acura Integra in for my first oil change & tire rotation at 8:30am on a Saturday. I also decided to change my air filters while I was there. I choose to wait while it was being serviced and staff was very courteous. The waiting room was nicely stocked with snacks and also had vending machines. Service was finished and I was out the door in only 30 minutes!

Overall a great experience with the dealership. Travis Vincent was quick to help us out and get us back on the road in our new car in a timely manner.

My son’s 2019 Acura TLX A-spec started making a knocking noise & then wouldn’t start. There was a recall on the engine. We had it towed to the Shottenkirk Acura/Honda and dropped it off with Alan. They replaced the entire engine at NO charge. It took about a week because they had to wait on the part, but after getting the part, they had it fixed the next day !! He picked it up & it’s driving GREAT !!! His recall was a blessing in disguise !!
