Oil change service was done in a timely manner. Car was washed, as well. I need tires soon so they gave me a quote but did not pressure me to purchase right away/acknowledged I have a little life left in the current ones.

I have an Acura mdx. I've worked with Shottenkirk since I've had the vehicle. Alan C. is my service advisor. He's very organized, courteous, and communicative, and doesn't try to upsell. Treats me like an individual customer and person. The entire team seems like-minded. Also, there are nearby restaurants and amenities. You don't have to stay in their waiting room. Also, Shottenkirk will take you home or where you need to be. No complaints whatsoever. I think I will stay with the Acura brand and probably the mdx... maybe an EV model. This will be the first and maybe only place I look for my next car.
