I have an Acura mdx . I've worked with Shottenkirk since I've had the vehicle. Alan C. is my service advisor. He's very organized courteous and he is communicative, doesn't try to upsell. Treats me like an individual customer and person. The entire team seems like minded. Also there are nearby restaurants and amenities. You dont have to stay in their waiting room. No complaints whatsoever. I think I will stay with the Acura brand and probably the mdx... maybe an EV model. This will be the first and maybe only place I look for my next car.
