I brought my 2012 Acura TSX in because I smelled burning oil, and the service was outstanding! Alan provided the absolute best, friendliest customer service from start to finish. The team performed an advanced, full diagnosis and found that the alternator needed replacement. Even though they had to order the part, they gave us a loaner car for the day so we weren't stranded. The repair was quickly fixed the very next day, and they completed a fresh oil filter change as well. The burning oil smell is entirely gone and the car runs perfectly. Alan kept us updated the whole time and made a stressful situation incredibly easy. Highly recommend!"

Shop was not overly busy - quick service. They listened to my questions and worked with technician to evaluate issues. They gave honest answers and didn’t try to sell me on anything I really did not need. I got out with an oil change and a full transmission flush - seems to have stopped the shifting shudder I was experiencing.
